As per the terms & conditions you agreed to when completing the competition team agreement "being part of a competition team, you and the student are expected to give full commitment." However, we understand that you may not be able to attend all competition dates, but you will be expected to attend most.

By completing this form you're giving SV Dance Academy a confirmed number of tickets that will need to be paid for on the payment dates poroivided, even in the event that you cannot attend anymore. Additional tickets can possibly be purchased nearer to the time if required and if the organisers have space.
